Is laughter really the key to keeping young?
I keep hearing this from older people. Is this true? How so?
It sounds about right. I feel better and younger when I am laughing! ;)
Well sure, why not? Look at all the older people who look so full of life and wisdom. I admire that... they take life to the fullest.
If you're scientifically speaking, again I don't see why not. It has to do with Laws of Attraction.. what you give is what you get.
I used to work in the media. Met people of all sorts. I met soo many older people who love being surrounded by friends. They're in their 60's and goodness they look like they're in their 30s! Besides that there are always stories of elderly people celebrating their 100th birthday, etc. They seem so happy.
Anyway, when I'm older the only wrinkles I want to have would be on my cheeks so my grand kids will know I was always happy. lol

No, honest laughter speeds up the heart rate, which in elderly folk, means heart attacks.
Thats why old people aren't aloud to watch cartoons.... this is true.... this is true
