For selective conditions, definitely yes. No serious side effects. To date the FDA has issued no Black Box Warnings. Relatively inexpensive, too.
depending on your problem if your depressed or sad or anything like that yess if its a less serious sicknesss it will just lift your spirits and make you happier but if your dying laughing wont help.
