laughter and then some

Is laughter a part of your everyday life?

absolutely! me n my friends always laugh every single day!! laughter makes my world go round
should be, people are so stressed, mostly now with crises but I guess always, and laughing makes you more relaxed and happy :)

a quote on medical nature of benefit:

"Laughter is a strong and powerful force that has the most positive effects on the body. It improves breathing, lowers blood pressure, strengthens the immune system, relaxes muscles, releases stress and reduces pain. This supreme medicine needs no prescription and is free. We have had this effective force within us all time."

BUT more than this I really think it makes you enjoy life, beyond health ...
Yes it is.Everyday when I start feeling down my daughter does something silly to make me laugh.Or my fiance will say something that I can't help but laugh at.It's either cry or laugh,I would much rather laugh.Don't get me wrong almost everyone has those tough days that you just gotta cry or feel like doing it.
I try to make it apart of my everyday life but it's difficult sometimes.
