Is it more ticklish to be tickled by more than one person at the same time, or is the laughter about the same?
I think it's probably about the same. It would depend on who's tickling me where. If I'm tickled in more than one place at the same time I mostly only feel it in the most ticklish area. If someone was tickling my armpits (my most ticklish spot) I doubt I'd even notice if I was being tickled anywhere else, cause I'd be too focused on my armpits.
It would probably depend on the skill level of the single tickler. Being tickled by multiple people is a bit like being tickled by a feather duster - with so many separate tickles in play simultaneously, something is bound to get through. Being tickled by one person alone can be like being tickled by a precision instrument, which can be good or not so good. While a mediocre tickler might just manage somehow always to miss the mark, a single tickler of the master class can have the skill of a surgeon and know precisely where to tickle for the absolute maximum explosive effect.
One person I can pretty much handle, although I lol myself silly if they know my spots.
2, 3 or more is a whole different matter! I'm very ticklish all over my body with
a few particularly deadly spots. When friends gang up on me and at least 1 of them
knows my spots and tells the others, stick a fork in me 'cause I'M DONE!
If you're way ticklish on even ONE spot, just imagine adding 2, 3 or more spots just
as ticklish as those are, then having them all tickled at once by maniacs who
don't stop. That's what its like. You can't talk, you can't breathe, you can't even lol,
just use up your breath with silent laughter, pee yourself and mercifully pass out.

I find that most people say that being gang tickled is worse due to the fact that so many different areas are being tickled at once. However, it should be noted that one should never underestimate the abilities of a single tickler. Especially one who is highly skilled and well practiced.
I don't know if it's more ticklish but I definitely laugh more. It makes the whole thing more intense with more than one tickler and also makes it harder to fight your ticklers off or get away when there's more than one.
I haven't had the pleasure of being gang-tickled yet, but I would guess that it is more ticklish.
