Innocence, purity, laughter, destruction, hunger , poverty?
I never saw an innocent person in my life. This world is full of bullsht and manipulative people and we all know it. And if you say I'm delusional then you are a manipulative idiot.

Well babies are innocent and pure, but when they get older, they grow up around it, so they eventually start turning into just what everyone else is.

But yeah I get what your saying. This world is full of bullsh*t, haters, liars, etc. And I'll even admit, I'm not perfect. Pretty much NOONE is perfect. We all make mistakes. But there are some people out there who are intentional and they just don't give a sh*t, and that's because they're heartless. I don't know where the innocence is.. It's sad, because this worlds a bad place we live in. Wouldn't it be so much better if everyone loved everyone!?.. Yeah, it would. But that's never going to happen.

Most people operate in their own self interest. That's not necessarily a bad thing. Their interest may be producing a service or product you need giving them money they need or desire. The problem comes in when their activities become harmful or even criminal (not to say this is the case in your example). Innocence is a fleeting thing. In childhood you may have it but as you mature you begin to see how things work. I'm sure you manipulate (whether you choose to admit it or not). Indeed you've manipulated me into giving this long drawn out answer in hopes of getting two lousy points you Svengali you!
Everyone is born innocent. If you can't see the logic in that then there is no help for you because you're only seeing what you want to believe.
Outside of that, I would have to agree that I don't really know any innocent people. Everyone starts out innocent, but we all lose it somewhere along the way by choice or by force.

Innocence is dangerous. It is akin to being naive. An innocent person can be misled. I would rather be wise and loving.
