I actually thought about what would be the right answer to this, and I think crying is the second best medicine. I feel like it's a lot like laughing, you're just letting a lot out in different ways.
I do not believe laughter IS the best medicine, I believe love is the best medicine, just like it says on a card from Hubby's little brother. :)
