How does one gain a unique anatomy of Laughter inside oneself?
Laughter is the best Medicine. But to complete from small to bigger cycles of Laughter would need meaning and humour, getting better and better each time. The result would be relaxation: a relaxed body and a relaxed state-of-mind, not forgetting emotions. What do you think about Laughter and how it works?
Every situation is not without humor. You have to learn how to identify the humor in situations. Once done you can look anything in the face and smile.
I think laughter is good as it makes us feel happy and releases tension and it just totally makes you feel better.
Sometimes I laugh so hard that I wet myself, then feel depressed afterwards because it's a reminder that my pelvic floor muscles are rapidly failing........so, in my case, laughter does not make me feel better and only adds to the amount of laundry that I need to do :-/
