Just find a wide open space and let go."Laughter is the best medicine",and it has been scientifically proven.It helps to relieve all those inner tensions,opens up the lungs,and brings a smile to most peoples faces.I know of a number of "laughing groups" in Australia who get together on the weekends and it is so much fun and a good social event.
