So, you're claiming that she has zero influence, but managed to say 'death panels' and have 75% of Republicans fully believe Obama wants to kill granny and her child with a health care bill? I think you want it both ways. You want all Americans to listen to her nonsense....want everyone to believe what she says, but don't want anyone to question her or call her out for her lies. Stop believing her lies and she'd cease to be relevant. We can't help it you keep falling for her BS and that she keeps unnecessarily scaring our seniors with her lies.

Good Lord, they're still blaming George W. Bush for every perceived slight in their misbegotten lives (e.g., somehow he is to blame for Paula Abdul leaving American Idol).
Hatred and fear our two powerful emotions that folks will cling to 'til the grave. Palin was too plain spoken and too novel for too many pukes to deal with. I wish her success whether or not she chooses to slog around in politics. Palin is great because I believe she can take the abuse and will answer her critics. Of course she'll be labeled a shrill *****, but when the petite WASP gets under your skin that much, it shows how disingenuous these "brave" liberals and feminists truly are.

Not really, but I do often wonder why the media continues to have such an obsession with everything she says and does. It is they who keep her in the spotlight and generate the catalyst for much of the other chatter regarding her.

The Sarah Palin haters are pathetic,they should be worried about Obama and his socialist policies.Don't under estimate Sarah Palin.She has 3 years to dog Obama and his liberals.

But she does have power she has captured the imagination.

It seems like at least 5 times a day, some Republican gets on here and asks a question like, "Why do the Democrats keep bringing up Sarah Palin? They sure are SCARED of her!" Other than this, Sarah Palin rarely, if ever, gets discussed here.

1. The only people bringing up Sarah Palin are the right-wingers. The left wing no longer gives a damn about her. She's. Not. Relevant. Any. More.

2. Never is it explained what exactly it is that's supposed to make her "scary," or why it is that Democrats would be "afraid" of her.

3. The only reason Sarah Palin was nominated in the first place was to win over Hilary supporters who were angry because the Democratic woman didn't get nominated over the black man. It was the Republicans' way of saying, "Hey, women! We also have people with vaginas in our party! Come to our side!"

It was a cheap, cynical trick, and it didn't work. Feminists weren't fooled by a typical "barefoot and pregnant" right-winger who thinks that she's empowering women just by speaking publicly, while winking like a waitress the entire time. She still serves men, like all Republican women do.

Whatever it is that Republicans think Sarah Palin has going for her other than the fact that she's female, they're wrong. There is nothing to be afraid of, nor is anybody afraid of her. She lost, and YOU lost. Get over it.
