Laughter and tears are both responses to frustration and exhaustion. I myself prefer to laugh, since there is less cleaning up to do afterward. A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor's book.we need laughter sometimes more than food.so without laugh make 1 weak .
My sister sad that she once went three hundred sixty five days without laughing even once. I said to her: "Year kidding, right?!"
It is unwise to be too sure of one's own wisdom. It is healthy to be reminded that the strongest might weaken and the wisest might err. What do I think of Western Civilization? It would be a good idea.

i remember an episode of the old startrek where someone died from having all thought suppressed in just an hour or so.... even torment doesn't kill as quick as absolute isolation

hubby makes me laugh daily....so I dont worry about that..
